Our Commitment At Beautiful Girl 7, your satisfaction is our priority. Because we work with dropship suppliers to bring you a wide range of beauty products, please read our refund policy carefully.

Eligibility for Refunds We accept refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item was lost in transit and never delivered

Non-Refundable Items Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless they are defective.

How to Request a Refund Contact us within 30 days of delivery at redupcs@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

We will respond within 2-3 business days with next steps.

Resolution Options Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method
  • A replacement item
  • Store credit

Shipping Costs Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Processing Time Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
